I was raised on the North Shore of Long Island, and after asking my mother why Santa didn’t visit our house, I was promptly plopped into Hebrew School.

Creator of Mazel Mamas, wife, sister, daughter, and devotee of all things Fran Drescher.
Since that formative event, I've always believed in the importance of Jewish tradition.
Planning our wedding was stressful. From finding an officiant to obtaining an interfaith ketubah, to managing family expectations and resolving tensions, challenges confronted us at every turn.
It was far from easy, but together we solved every problem and prevailed in planning the wedding of our dreams, while learning lessons that can help you on your Jewish milestone journey.
Eventually I met the love of my life:
A gorgeous Italian man from the Hamptons with little exposure to Jewish culture and tradition.
My personal experience taught me that there’s always a way to respect and incorporate all cultures into the momentous occasions of our lives while honoring the deeply ingrained rituals from our upbringing that give us a sense of community.
